arrange for in-store or at-home vehicle delivery!
Our Service Departments
Our Service Departments are currently open to walk-in customers.
All of our dealerships are currently offering contactless Service Pick up and Drop Off. Contactless Service will limit any contact between you and our staff. Your Vehicle will be fully sanitized before and after any work is done.

Parts Department
All WEINS Auto Group Dealerships are open for Parts Desk Pickup, and will be taking parts orders by phone or through our online parts forms with available curbside pickup.
To order parts, please use our OnDemand online service by clicking the button below. We will arrange curbside pickup in a designated area outside our dealership’s doors Monday to Friday during service hours.

Do I need to wear a face mask when visiting a Weins Dealership?
WEINS Auto Group and its Dealerships will be complying with all city, county and municipal by-laws that are mandating masks in public space.
Are you currently offering test-drives?
Yes, as of May 4th 2020, we are allowed to offer our customers test-drives again.
For Customers who need to defer their existing loan or lease payments Please Read:
Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with this. You will need to contact the financial institution your loan was arranged with when you purchased your vehicle.
For Customers who would like to inquire about lowering their debt load Please Read:
If you are concerned about your ability to make future payments and you would be open to exchanging your current vehicle for one that would provide you a lower monthly payment, please contact our Special Credit Managers at specialcredit@weinsautogroup.com for preapprovals and support.
Enhanced Health & Safety Measures
- All guest vehicles are outfitted with steering wheel covers and seat protectors prior to maintenance or repair work
- We have introduced enhanced cleaning protocols, including regular sanitizing of all high traffic areas in our stores
- We have marked our floors with social distancing guides to ensure all guests and employees keep a distance from one another of at least 2 metres
- The etiquette of shaking hands upon meeting guests has also been suspended - Associates have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms, have travelled recently or because of any other extenuating circumstance
- All Associates are required to wear a mask while on company property
